Livpure promises free Preventive Maintenance Service as per Contract & then disappears !
You may contact them several times for scheduling appointments but they ignore ! This is the general feedback of almost all their customers including mine when I had to endure their pathetic customer service while in Noida.Despite a Dozen requests LIVPURE NOIDA in particular as always never honours any of the given appointments when they learn that it is NOT A PAID VISIT but FREE PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE visit.
LIVPURE REPUTATION AS RELIABLE FIRM IS AT STAKE HERE !!!
FURTHER ANY HEALTH DAMAGES SO OCCURING ,THE LEGAL LIABILITY WILL REST ON LIVPURE !
It is high time that the Livpure NOIDA staff is pulled up and ordered to provide the rightful service to its customers.
LIVPURE FREE MAINTENANCE SERVICES NOT PROVIDED BY NOIDA LIVPURE OFFICE DESPITE SMS BY LIVPURE
ReplyDeleteA Super Senior Military Veteran over 82 years of age always has to wait endlessly and endure hassles in getting the due free maintenance service as per the contract signed with Livpure and having paid Rs.8000 for that service. It is his right to get that service without any hassles ! In case he or any other consumers in the same situation as him develop any health problems due to infected water arising from Non Provision of Preventive Maintenance, the ONUS OF HEALTH RELATED DAMAGES WILL FALL ON LIVPURE.
There is lack of co-ordination between their teams. The senior citizen has the SMS from LIVPURE which reads " Dear Customer: as promised free preventive maintenance service of LIPURE RO is due with CALL ID ######## call code #### allocated for ##-##-####."" And yet nobody showed up on the appointment date as is their tradition.
It has been brought to LIVPURE's notice that on multiple occasions appointments were scheduled for Preventive Maintenance Services as promised by LIVPURE but the NOIDA LIVPURE representatives HAVE NEVER HONORED ANY OF THE MUTUALLY AGREED APPOINTMENTS. Every time one has to be after them for several weeks and escalate the matter everywhere on social media before someone responds. Such harassment of customers specially senior citizens should end here !
On calling LIVPURE every time they enquire whether it is a PAID SERVICE VISIT or FREE PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE SERVICE. When they are told it is a FREE PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE SERVICE they BACK OUT and despite numerous calls DO NOT ANSWER.
SURELY, THIS DAMAGES REPUTATION OF LIVPURE AS A RELIABLE FIRM FOR WATER PURIFIERS.
AGAIN AS ALWAYS, IT IS OVER A MONTH THAT LIVPURE NOIDA SERVICE ENGINEER HAS NOT TURNED UP DESPITE LIVPURE SMS quote above. This is REPETITIVE IRRESPONSIVENESS and needs remedial measures by LIVPURE HEADQUARTERS
LIVPURE SHOULD IMMEDIATELY ORDER NOIDA STAFF TO DIRECT CONCERNED LIVPURE MAINTENANCE TEAM TO PROVIDE IMMEDIATE PREVENTIVE RO MAINTENANCE.
