CROMA sells Defective Appliances !
Be careful when dealing with CROMA! So much energy goes in just trying to get the appliances returned or replaced. Now that’s not an experience a customer looks forward to when buying new electronic appliances. 😞
If you buy from CROMA, you invite unpleasantness and stress unnecessarily to your life! In the last few months, my family bought dishwashers, TVs and refrigerator from CROMA and 4 out of 5 electrical appliances were defective! 🙀
After the first experience of receiving a defective dishwasher ( IFB) & a defective refrigerator (Whirlpool), I had advised my family not to deal with them but they decided to give them a second chance. As expected , in the second round too we received a broken dishwasher (Bosch) and a defective TV ( Sony) from CROMA. At least IFB and Bosch co operated with us but CROMA took no responsibility. IFB took a return and Bosch replaced the dishwasher but Whirlpool did not co operate at all ! 😞
CROMA does not ever take responsibility once they sell the appliances to you. So much time, energy and efforts have to be put in to get the companies to take returns or replace their defective electrical appliances. So think twice before dealing with CROMA and document everything in your interactions with them. And remember that they are never reachable on the phone! So deal with them through social media.
