EXTRA SPACE STORAGE DID IT AGAIN !
People do not go for a long-term association with Extra Space Storage particularly at Milpitas, CA ! Their rates are not locked or capped ! Being MTM , rates are raised frequently for profit. They further raised the rent of my 10x4 unit from $115 to $144 ! I had first rented it out for $91 back in Sept. 2022. Their managers are not willing to negotiate the increase specially when you are a long-term customer ! Loyalty is not rewarded !

IS SSN really required for Extended KYC of NRIs & Americans at HDFC Bank ?
I have been reading reviews of HDFC customers who are NRIs and American citizens and I agree that by asking American customers to share their Social Security Number for KYC , HDFC is making them vulnerable to identity theft and fraud risk in India . Indian banks have no sense of information security as it is. SSN is tied to medical records too. In America too , people think twice before sharing SSN and thst too in its entirety . NRI customers may have no choice but to consider closing their accounts with HDFC bank for this reason . One is even advised to only share the last 4 digits of Aadhaar Card and so why should it be any different for SSN at Indian banks ?
In my view, self-attested copies of Passport , OCI , Pan Card or Aadhaar card in addition to address proof in India/Abroad should be sufficient to establish identity of a customer.
HDFC like Axis Bank should consider other alternatives instead of asking NRI customers to provide SSN. No wonder most NRIs are opting for Axis Bank as that bank is NRI friendly bank and gives importance to the security of NRI customers. In fact, people in my circle have never ever been asked for their SSN or even State ID cards at Indian banks. There should be One Rule for All Customers & RBI should ensure uniformity in rules for all Indian banks so that each bank does not interpret those rules differently! They should provide a booklet of instructions to NRIs and Foreign Nationals so that banks don’s harass them. Accurate information and valid alternatives concerning bank processes for NRIs are required !
In the absence of TIN, any other document should be acceptable.It is written in the Extended KYC form that “ incase TIN is not available, kindly provide functional requirement”.
Therefore, why is HDFC being so rigid about it ?
HDFC should provide clarity on the modes of submission of documents for Re KYC / Extended KYC that a NRI customer has a right to as well as explore valid alternatives as a “functional equivalent “ for SSN . At the bottom of the CBDT Terms and Conditions, on the Extended KYC form , it is also mentioned under “List of Acceptable documentary evidence needed to establish the residence for tax purposes, valid Identification issued by an authorized govt. body ( e.g. Passport, National Identity Card ) can be accepted.
I hope HDFC bank will find a deviation from that for all their American clients by researching as to how other banks like Axis Bank are going about it. And if even after that the bank insists on the requirement of SSN, then customers who are NRIs and foregn nationals have a right to know about the secure channels that are provided by the bank for handling such sensitive information. However, most clients will not readily accept that due to security concerns and may consider other banks here instead. Like I usually do, one will have to consult one’s lawyer or tax consultant too for advice before sharing one’s SSN with banks or anyone else.
One never feels comfortable sending one’s full SSN via email. The safest method would be to call the bank’s dedicated line if any and provide the SSN over the phone rather than transmitting it in a standard , unencrypted email. I wonder how HDFC can even think of asking its customers to provide a physical copy of the Social Security Card as that would be compromising the security of its customers ! Please note that submitting the same through Netbanking is also not an option as there are several errors and technical gliches in that process on their Netbanking’s both old and upgraded version.
Is SSN really required at Indian banks for Extended KYC of bank customers who are GC holders and Americans? If it’s mandatory, it should be clearly mentioned in the hard copy of the KYC norms and Extended KYC forms as well as RBI circular. And then , One has a Right to Know as to how our securities our protected by the bank when SSN is demanded by Indian banks like HDFC!
HDFC- THE BANK THAT COMPLICATES THE SIMPLE PROCESS OF RE-KYC & EXTENDED KYC
In the name of Re-KYC and Extended KYC, HDFC has started misusing its assigned power by harassing and bullying customers as clearly evident from the posts of customers on the HFFC FB page!
Unlike other Indian banks, HDFC Bank has unnecessarily complicated the entire Re-KYC process particularly because of their staff not being on the same page about the “modes of submission of documents” , “forms involved” and the “documents required” for the process.
Customers will be given entirely different forms by each of its staff for the very same process even when there’s a simple update of a telephone number too despite customers successfully updating their contact number on their own through ATM .
The senior management will advise the customers to safely submit the documents through Netbanking while other staff at fhe branch like the NRI team for instance will repeatedly contradict that. At the end of the day, different options of submission of documents that are given in writing by the bank should be easily available to its customers and the choice should be entirely left to the customers. Senior citizens may find it easier to submit physical copies of documents while others particularly NRIs may want to opt for submission of documents through Netbanking.
HDFC phonebanking team, online customer service team, NRI team, RMs and Branch heads are never aligned with each other. They have different versions of their own bank’s products and services. Now that can be so comfusing for the customers !
There’s total lack of co-ordination between various teams and depts. of HDFC bank which results in causing endless inconvenience to its customers ! Because of that, there are long delays too ! They don’t even get back to the customers with a resolution ( positive or negative) if complaints or queries are raised !
There’s total lack of ownership and accountability by the bank regarding the incorrect or incomplete information their staff gives to the customers. Instead its management blames the customers for not co-operating and threatens to disrupt account services or freeze accounts as a cover up to protect its own unprofessional people ! They gain from deliberately disrupting services and there have been instances where the customers’ money is misused particularly when the customer is denied to access one’s own account. Some customers are so fed up with HDFC banking experiences that they are even breaking their FDs to immediately end their association with the bank but the bank gains from that as well . According to customers’ feedback, HDFC charges more than expected as penalty for prematurely braking FDs. Everyone should read about whats going on at HDFC. The feedback of customers are available in the posts on social media. In this way, for these reasons, could HDFC Bank be gaining from complicating the Re-KYC/Extended KYC process more than other banks and adopting a rigid aporoach towards the process by not making it work with the customer ?
Customers have a “Right to Information”and can request for hard copies of HDFC KYC norms and RBI circular regarding KYC process but HDFC bank will deny that too. Naturally one can look that up on the internet on ones own too but the instructions on a hard copy are more accurate and hold relevance. Basically HDFC Bank does not want its customers to access accurate information or seek clarifications on bank processes as for some reason its process of Re-KYC totally differs from other banks when actually there should be uniformity in rules amongst all the banks on this.
There are different ways to submit Re-KYC related self-attested documents and the customers are entitled to choose from those given options in the written instructions of Re-KYC norms ! However, HDFC staff denies you that and enjoys violating privacy of customers and jeopardizing security of customers by contnuously insisting on only physical copies that are seen easily by all at the bank and not even handled securely.
For NRIs and foreign nationals , submitting those documents through courier from overseas or in-person at the branch within a certain time limit becomes highly inconvenient ! Earlier on HDFC customers were allowed to send the scanned copies of self-attested KYC related documents with a scanned letter to the branch manager theough email but that does not happen now.
Now the option of securely submitting Re KYC / Extended kYC documents through Netbanking is exhausted too as it never works because of constant errors and technical glitches on Netbanking in both the old and upgraded version. Instead of resolving the technical issue, their customer service team and branch staff leaves the customers with the sole option of submitting physical copies of documents. That makes most customers uncomfortable as they want to submit their sensitive tax related documents securely through Netbanking only. There should be secure ways to handle documents handed over in-person and submitted online.
Above all , there should be One Rule for all the Indian banks regarding KYC documents submission !

HDFC Bank-The Bank that has lost its professionalism & refined customer service
HDFC Bank’s services have drastically declined over the years particularly NRI and Imperia customer service.
Their so called Relationship Managers are just not interested in building or preserving banking relationships with the clients unless you help them to meet their targets by investing only in the investments they choose for you. Earlier on the RMs used to be refined and knew how to deal with the customers and motivate them to invest correctly to match the customers’ needs. HDFC now has a crude approach to dealing with clients which lacks the professionalism expected from a reputed bank.
Their complaint management is the worst amongst the Indian banks ! Their staff is just not equipped to handle escalation of complaints and ignore resolving complaints continuously in order to avoid taking ownership of their stand. What’s unprofessional is that the so called NRI branch and the RMs have a different version of their own services, policies and products which results in complicating matters more!
A reference number is given to queries or complaints so that they could be addressed effectively and there’s a follow up. But HDFC Bank does not even address the complaints or provide a negative/positive resolution based on the assigned reference numbers so that they could be customer is not able to escalate it to other levels. The Sector-18, Noida branch in Ansal ‘s Fortune Arcade is the worst when it comes to customer interactions and complaint management!
Their website has constant technical glitches which prevents one from completing Re KYC through Netbanking. HDFC’s upgraded website and Insta services have problems all the time.
Most of their branches are not senior citizen friendly too in services and accessibility of locations.

Livpure- A dishonest way of doing business !
Do not associate with Livpure if you seriously aim for a so-called “Happy Well Being “ for your loved ones !
Do not deal with this company at all or you will regret it later! Just look at their reviews on their FB page- All negative ones ! I have personally encountered a series of problems with them over the years !
Livpure is not at all concerned about the customers and their after sales service is the worst !
Contrary to what Livpure says, it does not provide the purest water ! When the water purifier is not serviced on time, how can it ensure clean and pure water !? Moreover, this company does not even change the parts that required to be replaced periodically.
This company does not service water purifiers/RO on time or rather not at all in recent years ! Parts that require changing for the sake of maintenance are never replaced . I hear from some customers that their filters etc. are out of stock and that’s why they keep delaying maintenance appointments despite taking a lot of money for those visits in advance !
And they are always short staffed and don’t have many technicians to fulfill appointments or address complaints ! As it is, the technicians are not interested in working most of the time.
Its customer service teams are continuously absent around the time of maintenance ! It will ignore you as far as possible .
Livpure is easily getting away with being so dishonest ! It is time that consumers take this company to court !
It harasses customers to such an extent that they get so frustrated that they just give up on the entitled after sales service and let go of their money that they have paid to Livpure get maintenance services periodically! It is playing with peoples’ health by not carrying out timely maintenance service of the water purifiers !
Their missing maintenance appointments will certainly turn one single sip into a health crisis ! Therefore, think carefully before buying its water purifier.
Livpure does not take your health seriously !

We as consumers have to take a step forward and take Livpure to Consumers Court for getting away with playing around with peoples’ health and well-being by denying proper maintenance services of water purifiers.
A water purifier needs to be serviced and parts replaced to ensure that customers enjoy clean drinking water. But Livpure does not believe in giving after sales service! Then why does Livpure take money from customers for future maintenance and care ?!
Get ready NOT “to upgrade your hydration experience” ! Get ready to get dehydrated & exhausted dealing with Livpure’s pathetic services !
Livpure is not recommended ! Stay away from this company as their harassment will affect your well-being !
With Livpure, you can only subscribe to unclean , impure drinking water since they do not believe in providing the entitled maintenance service even after taking money for it beforehand !
In dealing with Livpure, you will only invite lots of hassles and stress to your life !

Airtel Story
Airtel Connectivity is Questionable !
Airtel basically does not deliver what they promise in terms of internet speed and connectivity! And speed test in every room will prove that. Airtel does not do anything to resolve the poor and scattered Wi-Fi connectivity and leaves one no choice but to buy a booster from them.
Airtel should be rewarding its customers for their loyalty but “Airtel Thanks” does not actually give much benefits. They should give discount on plans or give free boosters to customers who are experiencing Wi-Fi connectivity problems particularly when their tech team is not able to resolve these problems. Frankly their tech team is just not equipped to handle complaints professionally specially because their approach and attitude is just so wrong ! I am quite disappointed with their customer service -phone & house calls. These days the customers know more about how to resolve technical issues on their home devices than the company technicians. Calling these technicuans be it from Airtel or Sony is just sheer waste of time ! Better to get indeoendent technicians !
All the Airtel customers are not only facing internet connectivity problems but also having bad mobile connectivity. I have researched about it in my circle. Companies like Airtel take advantage of the comfort zone and loyalty of Indian customers knowing very well that their customers will not try out other companies or port their mobile numbers that easily.
Perhaps we as consumers love challenges and have got used to endure a lot as we don’t stand up for our consumer rights! Or we as consumers just don’t have the time and energy to waste to confront these companies who cheat us and take us for granted as loyal customers. We are one of those so called loyal customers for Airtel for so many years that I have lost count of it. All out mobiles and internet are connected with Airtel. But the time has arrived to try another company. I hear that Jio is better and offers great plans !

CROMA did it again !!!
CROMA sells Defective Appliances !
Be careful when dealing with CROMA! So much energy goes in just trying to get the appliances returned or replaced. Now that’s not an experience a customer looks forward to when buying new electronic appliances. 😞
If you buy from CROMA, you invite unpleasantness and stress unnecessarily to your life! In the last few months, my family bought dishwashers, TVs and refrigerator from CROMA and 4 out of 5 electrical appliances were defective! 🙀
After the first experience of receiving a defective dishwasher ( IFB) & a defective refrigerator (Whirlpool), I had advised my family not to deal with them but they decided to give them a second chance. As expected , in the second round too we received a broken dishwasher (Bosch) and a defective TV ( Sony) from CROMA. At least IFB and Bosch co operated with us but CROMA took no responsibility. IFB took a return and Bosch replaced the dishwasher but Whirlpool did not co operate at all ! 😞
CROMA does not ever take responsibility once they sell the appliances to you. So much time, energy and efforts have to be put in to get the companies to take returns or replace their defective electrical appliances. So think twice before dealing with CROMA and document everything in your interactions with them. And remember that they are never reachable on the phone! So deal with them through social media.
SONY Bravia TVs
SONY Bravia TVs come with Wi-Fi connectivity problems!
My family loves SONY TVs but I am not a die hard fan of Sony. On our recent purchase of yet another Sony TV, I was compelled to do a thorough research on the customers feedbacks on their recent TVs because we have been facing endless Wi-Fi connectivity issues with one of the new TVs bought from Sony.
Mostly customers have been complaining about Wi-Fi connectivity issues on Sony TVs lately. And Sony does not do much to resolve the matter. As of now they have not even offered to replace it. The Sony Bravia TV that I received as a gift is having continuous Wi-Fi connectivity problems and the apps don’t even open through Wi-Fi hotspot connection despite the signal being excellent ! I tried everything to resolve it from my end- Power off, restarting, adjusting time and updating the software but nothing has worked ! Their technicians visited twice and even did a factory reset but that too did not make a difference. The Sony technicians are quite indifferent when it comes to addressing TV issues once they receive a positive feedback for the installation !🤪 Also Sony technicians do not honour appointment timings on visits after installation.
Always ensure that the Sony technician updates the software and adjusts the network date/time at the time of installation. On calling the Sony central customer service number I was informed that the outdated software could be the root cause of the problem of Wi-Fi connectivity and there could be some problem with the hardware. Whatever the problem may be, I am highly disappointed with the after sales service of Sony! 😞 While the Sony technician did a goodTV installation job but he did not bother about the intricacies like software update etc. at the time of installation as well as on later visits which could have effectively addressed the issue .
A new TV is meant to be enjoyed and not to be worked on ! Instead of their technician doing their job perfectly, I as a customer am expected to try to resolve it from my end all these days. We also upgraded our modem to ensure that there is no problem with the modem/ router in causing the connectivity issue. However all our devices are getting connected to the Wi-Fi at the same range except for the Sony TV.
I would have expected better product quality and professional customer service from a trusted brand like Sony but now I am regretting that I gave them a high rating solely based on the TV installation experience. Now I give them a very low rating on their TV performance and customer service of technician.

Good managers are an asset to their companies. The reputation of a company rests not only on the quality of their products but also on the professionalism of the people that represent that company.
Not every company is equipped to effectively handle complaints and resolve issues that may negatively impact their image. Not every company is represented by professional people who realize the importance of timely resolution of complaints and immediate follow up on complaints.
In handling escalated complaints, a manager must be empathetic to start with. Body language, tone of voice and attitude to matter when dealing with complaints of consumers.
My compliments to the Haldiram manger Prachi who successfully resolved the escalated complaint concerning the box of stale sweets. She was very professional and exceeded the customer’s expectation as well as restored trust in the customer service of Haldiram. She demonstrated that her company values customers.Such people are definitely an asset to their companies.
My family regularly buys sweets from Halidiram and in fact buys numerous boxes of sweets to take abroad too. But lately we were not satisfied with the quality of their sweets as they were not as fresh as they used to be. We also realized that there was a decline in their approach to customers.
Recently my parents bought a box of their famous chocolate burfis but on returning home it was discovered that the sweets were stale and discolored probably because it was pre-packed from the factory in a transparent plastic box instead of their usual in-store green cardboard box meant for fresh sweets. My parents wondered if they should return to Haldiram to complain about this and were initially reluctant to do so as every experience has not been that great with them . In the past , many times at the order counter they would pack the sweets in the wrong box despite requesting and paying for a particular box. That probably happened because they wanted to sell their pre packed boxes. I think that they might have vendors who provide sweets for the pre packed boxes because the sweets in those boxes are not as fresh and delicious as their sweets. They denied that though.
As a long time Haldiram customer, we are well aware of the taste of their original mithai (sweets.). Anyway, finally the box of stale sweets was taken to Haldiram for it to be examined and to order a lab test particularly because it caused food poisoning. At first it was difficult to access the manager, but finally the manager was called.
What is worth complimenting is that the manager immediately took responsibility and expressed a sense of accountability in the entire matter. In restoring the trust of the customers, she even went forward to genuinely assure the customer that henceforward she would personally see to it that the customer receives fresh sweets and she also ordered new sweets to replace the stale ones. Such managers need to be praised and recognized for the excellent and refined customer service they provide to their customers to make them feel valued. My mother came back as a satisfied customer and her trust was renewed in their excellent customer service. She even took photos of the fresh mithai and the beautifully packed box to share it with me. :)
To add to it, they added a personal touch by beautifully packing the box of sweets and for that the credit goes to Yogesh too.
All’s well that ends well . The manger at Halidiram saved the day and managed to effectively and positively address the issue.
In the past, when my mother badly slipped at the Halidiram store due to their not cleaning some liquid on the floor, the manager only called to ask how she was doing but didn’t do much. But the present manager at Halidiram (Spice Mall) is a kind and responsible manager. She takes feedbacks seriously and makes visible efforts to improve their customer service. Now that’s the kind of manager one wants at every company!
Consumers should always come forward with genuine complaints and possibly support the complaint with evidence so that the companies are given an opportunity to take action. We as consumers hope for positive resolutions to our complaints but in times of negative resolutions, we have a right to stand for our rights as consumers !

After sales service & complaint management is pathetic ! My parents bought an IFB dishwasher and Whirlpool fridge from CROMA. Both were defective !
After much persistence IFB at least collected the defective dishwasher and refunded our money. But Whirlpool is not even ready to co operate despite their technician having verified the defect.
In all this CROMA did not take any responsibility at all ! Think twice before buying large electrical appliances from CROMA. Unfortunately they are tarnishing the reputed brand name they represent. Many consumers have similar complaints about them. The joy in buying new electrical appliances is lost when these companies give such unpleasant experiences to the consumers !

Now say hello to all your worries as Whirlpool is here to create them ! Do not buy Whirlpool fridges from Whirlpool India or you will regret it !
And don’t buy them from CROMA as they sell mostly defective fridges to them.
They don’t even take a return after their own technician verifies the defect ! Instead they don’t take any action at all ! Instead they try to keep you busy in a war of words so as to delay action so that the guarantee period is over !
The entire time they will adopt delaying tactics by going back and forth. First they will say they will do something and then they will back off and base the negative response on lies.
Many customers are being treated badly by them when it comes to after sales service.
Indian consumers be careful when buying any appliances from Whirlpool ! I might start a petition against them very soon based on my research on feedback of consumers.

CROMA
CROMA CANNOT BE TRUSTED
One should be able to enjoy the electrical appliances one buys but unfortunately that cannot happen when a reputed company like CROMA sells mostly defective appliances particularly fridges & dishwashers to trusting customers. That’s a dishonest way of doing business !
If you have experienced something similar with CROMA, please come forward out here or on twitter. It is high time that consumers come together to stop such harassment . Perhaps we ought to start a petition against them. II have been doing research on the reviews of their customers on twitter and I was surprised to find that many are stuck with the defective appliances CROMA sold them and enduring CROMA’s unprofessional approach in handling their complaints.
CROMA deliberately adopts delaying tactics in accessing complaints to tire out the customer so that the customer just gives up . But know that we as consumers have rights ! Know your rights !
After all we buy appliances to use them but for us to insist that there should be a return is because something is wrong and in our case we got that verified by the technician too ! If the appliances were fine then we as consumers won’t have been sending repeated complaints to CROMA and we would have been enjoying our new purchase. The entire shopping experience results in unpleasantness because of all this. A new appliance shouldn’t have to be repaired or having defects in its initial stages!
CROMA Noida should realize that if they are supportive and take responsibility of their actions,then they would win over lifelong clients and then consumers would invest in buying more stuff from them or upgrade defective ones sold to them by the very same store. But one cannot expect such professionalism from them. This is the first time my parents bought electrical appliances from CROMA and we are thoroughly disappointed since both the dishwasher and fridge were defective. We reported the matter right away but CROMA did not take any action. On our own we directly contacted the respective companies and after many challenges, we were successful in returning the dishwasher to IFB.
Fortunately IFB co operated with us in the end but after endless efforts from our side. At least they believed us when they accepted return of the dishwasher. But Whirlpool is not doing the same because CROMA as a seller is being difficult in the entire matter despite Whirlpool’s technician verifying the defect in the fridge. CROMA is not honouring the original report of the technician on the basis that the report is one month old when the delay in action has been entirely from their end !
It is very easy to sell stuff to consumers but the real customer service and professionalism begins after sale of those appliances to ensure that the clients keep coming back to you.
Problems exist and defects can be there but professionalism lies in how a company handles such challenges to the satisfaction of the customer. In that respect, CROMA fails in satisfying customers and retaining customers.
Buying from CROMA will only result in buying endless inconvenience and absolute unpleasantness !

Fourth street, Berkeley is a fashionable shopping area. There are lots of high ended shops and boutiques. Amongst them CB2 really stands out as the store is a portrait of elegance. From the moment one steps in this sophisticated shop, one is enveloped in the warmth and sheer elegance of the decor.
I just love this shop and would highly recommend this shop on the Fourth Street to people who want to have a tasteful decor in their houses. The price may be expensive for some but it is worth having one of their things from their furniture collection. Each piece of furniture stands out because of its original and artistic form. I loved the finish and texture of the wooden items as well as the fabric of the upholstery. I liked their lamps and rugs too.
They have a nice collection of black marble candles bowls that are quite fashionable make great gifts to give to people on special occasions .
The store spells luxury but there are lots of stuff that could be within the reach of your budget too particularly the smaller items. Anyway with things like these , it is certainly worth working towards owning something from their collection. It is certainly worth the wait to own something from CB2!
When I visited the store, there were some great saving offers too on things like cake server sets and stylish cake stands. So you could save to buy something from such a lovely store because it us worth the wait ! Most of all it adds pleasure to living when you are surrounded by such stylish things from CB2 at your home.
The customer service experience was pleasant. What I liked was that they were open and friendly as well as gave you space to check out the store at your own lace. I for one love to have space when shopping. Another thing that I liked was that they were not minding people sitting on their chairs and sofas outside as long as they liked. That is quite a unique and best way to do live advertising of your store. I think there is this really positive vibe in that store which I would like to bring back to my home in the form of one of their creations. Their collections of things will appeal to every age and household . Their creations are culturally relatable and can be adapted to any home.
I enjoyed giving a review of this store because it truly was a lovely experience. Insisting this store. I would go back there time and again to be inspired to buy artistic things and elegant furniture. If nothing else, just visiting the store is highly recommended. You may not buy something right away but you will find something to hope to buy in the future.

Rove City Walk. Rove Rove All the Way
This was my first time at a Rove Hotel and it was such a memorable experience. I stayed at Rove, City Walk. After thorough research did I select this lovely hotel and I am proud of my choice. Rove City Walk stands true to its reputation of having a high rating. I am so glad that I stayed there.
The hotel is conveniently situated and close to Dubai Mall. The view from my room was so picturesque! One gets a great view of Burj Khalifa from there. They provide free shuttle to some of the tourist attractions nearby which is of great help as one saves on cabs that way.
The personalized reservation experience and the on-site experience at the hotel were absolutely wonderful. That hotel values its guests and exceeds guests’ expectations.
Everyone at the hotel is so attentive, friendly and kind. From the check-in to the check out process they provide excellent customer service experience. The staff interacts well with the guests and they go out of their way to make you feel very welcomed. Throughout my stay there they gave enough support to make my holiday perfect. They interact with the guests to make them feel at home and I value that.
The dining experience was great too. Not only was the breakfast delicious but I enjoyed good interaction with the F&B team.
Everyone there makes sure that you feel valued as a customer and do everything in their power to ensure a very pleasant stay. I will be complimenting the entire team and adding their names here soonest so as to express my gratitude to them for gifting me good memories. I will be writing more about their services .
Rove City Walk, Dubai has won my heart by the special touches and warm gestures they extended to me while I was staying there.

Extra Space Storage, Milpitas,CA, United States-Best Storage place !
Customer service experience was very pleasant and professional. I spoke with three managers at your different branches and actually met one in person. All were lovely to interact with and very supportive. They were very courteous , patient and interactive. They all were flexible and were willing to go a step forward to give me personalized customer service . They all contributed greatly in my reaching the right decision about selecting Extra Space Storage ! They were willing to adapt to my needs about a later move in date and reserving a space or two that suited me so as to give me some time to decide. My compliments to Melissa ,Anna and Mark(if I remember his name correctly). I did not have the pleasure to meet Melissa in person but she provided great customer service experience over the phone and understood my needs completely. She was so courteous and welcoming that on that day itself I had decided that I would want to have association with her company. Her follow up on things was great and she gave good advice regarding convenient upgrading of storage space online itself on the day of move-in and explained the process since the office was closed on the day of my move-in of luggage . That made me feel secure that I could easily change my storage space in minutes if at the last moment my storage unit was not able to accommodate all my luggage.
Melissa also gave me timely and valuable advice about timely securing of the storage unit I was interested in by locking the rate so that I didn’t lose that unit to someone else. I am thankful to her for that as well as following up on my requests and meeting my needs. She also ensured that the decided moving in date as well as the rate agreed by the manager on duty that day was honoured by ensuring the pro rating of the rent of the unit as promised which spoke of her co operation and co ordination with not only her colleague but with the customer too. I valued that she stood by the commitment. Ahe valued me as a customer. Anna was the manager I met in person the first time I visited extra space storage since Melissa was on leave that day and even she provided excellent customer service experience. Anna was professional, helpful and understood my needs completely too. She devoted time in making me feel comfortable about making the right selection for myself and offered many options as well as choices by giving my brother and I a tour of the units we were interested in. I wanted a unit close to the elevator and she showed exactly what I wanted . Anna gave great advice about the size of the storage that would accurately fit my needs and best accommodate my luggage which demonstrates that she had great knowledge about her work and she knew how to completely match the needs of the customer. Anna advised me in details about the various ongoing specials and offered me various options for the sizes of units I was interested in .
Both Anna and Melissa informed me about how like apartments the market could sometimes fluctuate the rate of the storage units as well which was knowledge for me. But they also advised how I could be protected from the raise in rent. What I liked was their transparency. They were there to help me at a time when one was already stressed out with the move out of an apartment. I felt that they really value their customers and so I have recommended Extra Space Storage to so many in my circle and one of my friends rented out a storage unit there too soon after that. I just wish though that there was some reward for referring others to this great storage space.
I loved how Extra Space Storage is so well maintained and spotlessly clean ! It is also so conveniently located and the security can be relied upon too. The one I chose is a newer one and was very attractive and the layout of the units was great. Extra Space storage made me feel at home and made me feel that I am leaving my luggage at home only. I would recommend them to everyone as they can be easily trusted yo keep your luggage safely.
